Seven scientific facts in the Holy Qur’an for kids
Seven scientific facts in the Holy Qur’an for kids.
The Quran is the holy book. It is Allah’s word. Every Muslim should memorize the Quran and recite it daily. All Muslim families seek to make their kids memorize the Quran and get used to reciting it and listening to it every day, so they need ways to make them love the Quran and recite it daily. As Allah Says: ‘and Recite Qur’an with tarteel.’
Allah revealed The Holy Qur’an to be our friend every day; it is an interesting book because it is full of many stories, useful so have much advice and many laws and restrictions in. The Qur’an tells us how to do everything and how to deal with everything, so this is the meaning of the holy Quran generally.
The first verse in the Quran that Allah says is: Read (commencing) with the Name of Allah, Who has created (everything). He created man from a hanging mass (clinging) like a leech (in the mother’s womb). Read, and your Lord is Most Generous, Who taught man (reading and writing) by the pen, Who (besides that) taught man (all that) which he did not know.

There are many facts and many stories in the Qur’an so, besides all the facts in the Quran, which help us to discover anything and to know the truth of anything and the core of everything; there are also some facts for kids to know about the Quran, about Allah’s book.
Fact one: Marj Bahrain
In Surah Ar-Rahman, it states “He released the two seas, meeting [side by side], Between them is a barrier [so] neither of them transgresses” (Quran, 55:19-20). Science has discovered that in places where two different seas meet, there is a barrier that divides them, which helps both seas maintain their own temperature, salinity, as well as density [8].
Fact Two: Big Bang Theory
Allah says: “The heavens and the earth were joined together as one unit before We clove them asunder” (21:30). Following this big explosion, Allah “turned to the sky, and it had been (as) smoke. He said to it and to the earth: ‘Come together, willingly or unwillingly.’ They said: ‘We come (together) in willing obedience'” (41:11). Thus the elements and what was to become the planets and stars began to cool, come together, and form into shape, following the natural laws that Allah established in the universe.
Allah created the Sun, the moon, and the planets, each with its own individual courses or orbits. “It is He Who created the night and the day, and the sun and the moon; all (the celestial bodies) swim along, each in its rounded course” (21:33).
Fact Three: Life comes from Water.
In Surah Al-Anbya, it was revealed: “We made every living thing from water, will they not believe?” (Quran, 21:30) and it was only after the discovery of the microscope that it was concluded that all living things consist mostly of water – while in the deserts of Arabia, the last thing a man could guess is that all of life ultimately came from water.
Fact Four: The story of Adam and Eve.
The story of Prophet Adam is found in several verses in the Quran. Not only do these verses describe the creation of the first human beings, but also imparts the purpose of life amongst other important values.
According to the Quran, well before the creation of Adam, it had already been decided by Allah that mankind would be placed on the Earth.
“And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, ‘Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority.’ They said, ‘Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?’ Allah said, ‘Indeed, I know that which you do not know.'” [2:30] Fact Five: Moon split off.
Allah says: “The hour (of Judgment) is nigh, and the moon is cleft asunder. But if they see a Sign, they turn away, and say “This is (but) transient magic.” (1)
Qur’an mentions that The moon split, which is a miracle.
Fact Six: Sun rotation and orbit.
Quran, almost around 1400 years ago, told us that the Sun is also not stationary and also tells about the movement of planets, Earth, and all celestial bodies in space and also around their own axis.
And it is He who created the night and the day and the Sun and the moon; all in an orbit are swimming. Surah Anbiya 21:33
Fact seven: The Forehead.
Allah, the Almighty, says:
“Nay! If he (Abu Jahl) ceases not, We will catch him by the forehead. A lying, sinful forehead” (I)
The human brain consists of three main lobes; the frontal lobe, the occipital lobe, the temporal lobe, and the parietal lobe. Each lobe has its own special function. Yet, they all work together and complement each other.
Fact eight:
The frontal lobe in the human brain is distinctive from that of animals since it includes centers responsible for speaking and behaviour. It also includes certain neural centres with distinctive functions and places, including the prefrontal cortex, which lies exactly behind the forehead and forms the major part of the frontal lobe.
These are the seven miracles and the seven scientific facts in the Qur’an. They’re just seven of all the miracles, and they are not all the miracles. There are many other miracles, but they are the most interesting facts for kids to know about Islam and to know about The Holy Qur’an.
