How to learn Qur’an with tajweed online?
Let us start with Qur’anic quotes and hadiths that show us the glory of Quran the book of Allah, the most precious and essential aspect in our lives.
لَوْ أَنزَلْنَا هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ عَلَىٰ جَبَلٍ لَّرَأَيْتَهُ خَاشِعًا مُّتَصَدِّعًا مِّنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَتِلْكَ الْأَمْثَالُ نَضْرِبُهَا لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ (21)
Had We sent down this Quran on a mountain, you would surely have seen it humbling itself and rending asunder by the fear of Allah. Such are the parables which We put forward to mankind that they may reflect. [Quran Al-Hashr 59:21]
قُل لَّئِنِ اجْتَمَعَتِ الْإِنسُ وَالْجِنُّ عَلَىٰ أَن يَأْتُوا بِمِثْلِ هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنِ لَا يَأْتُونَ بِمِثْلِهِ وَلَوْ كَانَ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضٍ ظَهِيرًا (88)
If the mankind and the jinn were together to produce the like of this Quran, they could not produce the like thereof, even if they helped one another’” [Quran Al-Israa’ 17:88]
Hadith on the grace and rewards of the Quran:
An authentic hadith in At-Tirmithee states:
Whoever reads a letter from the Book of Allah, he will have a reward. And that reward will be multiplied by ten. I am not saying that “Alif, Laam, Meem” is a letter, rather I am saying that “Alif” is a letter, “laam” is a letter and “meem” is a letter.” So increase your recitation of the Qur’an to gain these merits, and to gain the following merit as well.
What is Tajweed?
Tajweed of the Qur’an is the science and knowledge that teaches the Muslim how to refine, amend and master the pronunciation of the Arabic alphabets, to achieve an articulate and eloquent reading.
By this our recitation of the Qur’an is as close as possible to the recitation of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his friends sahabat may Allah be pleased with them
A more simplified explanation e.g.: In Arabic
The words قَلب with ق is pronounced Qalb with Q if it is wrongly pronounced with K it will mean Kalb does كَلب

Their sounds, and its pronunciation which will help you so much in the proper recitation. Thus, you need to first practice the sound of each letter well. Secondly, the rise, the fall and when and how to slow down Following proper characteristics, signs and rules of Tajweed is known as intonation, this is better taught by a tajweed expert on youtube to understand practically, how the letter is produced from the mouth and how it exits it.
Pause and stop at the right time:
Since, it is easy to understand the longer conversation by dividing it into shorter fragments that is why the Quranic clauses are gapped with some necessary stop and pause signs so that the reader could comprehend its meaning in a rightful manner, as well as in rhythmic and phonetic style. The “Waqf” means “stop” in the Arabic language.
